about

"Always" is the title track from Forest Ray's forthcoming 2022 album. This psychedelic folk rock jam blends acoustic fingerpicking, Rhodes piano and slide guitars. It was self produced entirely analog, on a 24 track machine in Forest Ray's Seattle home-studio.

Recorded by Robby Porovich and Peter Sumic
Mastered by Erik Takuichi Wallace

lyrics

What do you think they'll talk about,
speak in vain I don't have a doubt
Thinkin ill of you know
If you read between the lines
Please don't look too deep inside
You might find
That it's always in your mind
anytime that's why I find
It's always in my mind
Anytime that's what I find x2
